The practice was established in 2012 by Mooketsi Segaise, who was initially a Prosecutor with the Directorate of Public Prosecutions, under the Attorney General’s Chambers in Gaborone, and thereafter a partner in a private practice.
Segaise Attorneys is a small firm that provides legal services with particular attention in the areas of commercial law, civil and criminal litigation, property law and conveyancing, family law, labour law and debt recovery. We provide tailor-made solutions to selected categories of clients. We care for our clients, our staff and our community. We embrace diversity.
